I’m a proud Billings native—born in Minnesota but raised here from a young age. Growing up in a family devoted to healthcare, I learned early on the importance of caring for others.
I was fortunate to attend St. Cloud State University on a basketball scholarship. While there, l explored multiple degree paths and minors, ultimately discovering a passion for group fitness during an internship at General Mills in Minneapolis. That experience led me to my true calling—education.
That led me to a 25-year career in teaching, where I grew alongside my students and earned my master’s degree from MSU-B. After retiring in 2018, I dove into BodyROK Pilates, explored a variety of opportunities, and eventually found my way into skincare and esthetics—a space where I can do what I love most: helping people!
At the heart of everything I’ve done is a deep passion for helping people feel valued, seen, and truly accepted just as they are. From teaching school children to leading group fitness classes—whether aerobics, spinning, kickboxing, lifting, yoga, or Pilates—to health and skincare, I’ve always believed in the power of personal connection and lifelong learning. Now, with a wealth of life experience, training, and a renewed sense of purpose, I’m thrilled to walk alongside others on their individual health, wellness, and skin journeys through SKIN BODY AND SOUL.

I have been a NP for 14 years and a nurse for 20 years. I love helping people in all aspects of life, obviously now focusing on beauty and helping others feel good about themselves. I love taking a natural approach to help people maintain a youthful look.
